Life goals are what we want to achieve, and they’re much more meaningful than just ‘what we need to accomplish to survive’. Unlike daily routines or short-term objectives, they drive our behaviors over the long run. There’s no single psychological definition for them, and they aren’t strictly a clinical construct, but they help us determine what we want to experience in terms of our values.
And because they are personal ambitions, they can take many different forms. But they give us a sense of direction and make us accountable as we strive for happiness and wellbeing—for our best possible lives.
Self-Esteem
Exxelo offers a variety of social, emotional, health & well-being training including specific programs to help boost confidence & self-esteem. We believe this important learning should be available to all and so we offer this training to both adults and children.
All training is fun and informal and not like school or college. We deliver in fun ways and any literacy issues aren’t a problem. Everything we do is at your pace and you can do it your way with no pressure.
Conflict resolution
In this course, we aim to help you identify conflict before it turns into a crisis and provides some practical tools to help you stop conflict before it goes too far.
What you’ll learn
The aim of this course is for you to be able to identify and deal with conflict before a crisis occurs. This course is suitable for anyone that works in a team environment, whether you are a manager or not. The course has five main objectives: to identify the different stages of conflict and describe what happens at each stage, to explore your own relationship with conflict and how it can affect performance, to learn how to stop conflict from escalating and move both parties to agreement, to determine your natural style for dealing with conflict, and to understand the process for using negotiation and/or mediation for resolving conflict.

Your character is defined not by what you went through but by how you went through it. Successful people do not give up faced with adversity, instead, they have the resilience, strength of character, and courage to find a way or make one.

Goal setting can be described as a personal planning process. It helps participants to identify what they want to achieve in their personal life and/or their professional life.
Our Goal Setting Skills program will give participants the skills to:

Living Life with Purpose
In Exxelo’s Living Life With Purpose program, you’ll learn how science, philosophy, and practice all play a role in both finding your purpose and living a purposeful life. You will hear from historical figures and individuals about their journeys to finding and living a purposeful life and will walk through different exercises to help you find out what matters most to you so you can live a purposeful life.
By the end of the program, you will:
1. Understand that having a strong purpose in life is an essential element of human well-being.
2. Know how self-transcending purpose positively affects well-being.
3. Be able to create a purpose for your life (don’t be intimidated, this is different from creating “the purpose” for your life).
