The Need: The company was doing exceptionally well in terms of production however there was some lack in terms of leadership roles and effective managerial skills.

They wanted to offer their employees training programs through well-trained professionals that could help them succeed in their endeavors.

Task: Exclusive program for realizing the potential of new and experienced officials, executives, managers, and other leaders

The Intervention: The Exxelo team worked closely with the company’s HR head in India to create a various training programs. It also used its previous experience of having worked with a similar firm to create a relevant training plan for the team.

A robust module was created and delivered which helped the newly formed/existing team learn skills that would help them complete their daily tasks successfully, locally and across the globe with various Stakeholders. It also provided the team members a great opportunity to bond with one another. Modules were also created to create synergy with their leaders.

To keep a check on learning, action plans were created on a daily basis. The training session was also followed up by a  review session where participants shared all that they had learned through their journey.

The induction was very successful. The company now had a cohesive team in India that was ready to take on all the challenges that may come their way with enthusiasm and positivity.
